When Chris and Mason tied the knot at The Asylum in Peckham, I knew it was going to be a wedding to remember. The venue itself is nothing short of extraordinary… its quirky charm and historical vibe set the perfect stage for their big day. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this wedding was going to be full of love, laughter, and plenty of surprises. The stunning architecture and unique décor made it an unforgettable setting, adding a layer of personality to their celebration that was truly special.

I had the privilege of being there with the couple as they got ready. There’s something magical about those pre-wedding moments… the nerves, the excitement, and all the little details that make the day come together. Whether it was Chris carefully adjusting his tie or Mason sharing a quiet moment with their closest friends, it was an absolute joy to capture the raw, emotional energy leading up to the big event. Every smile, every small gesture told a story, and I was so grateful to be there, capturing it all.

After the ceremony, the celebrations continued at The Lordship Pub, where guests were treated to a delicious lunch, moving speeches, and, of course, an unforgettable party. The speeches were incredibly emotional, with both of the grooms’ mums sharing touching words that had the whole room misty-eyed. One of the grooms didn’t stop crying… no names mentioned, but it was such a moving moment that you couldn’t help but feel the love in the room. The support and love surrounding Chris and Mason were evident, not just in words, but in every single interaction throughout the day. And, well, the photographer might’ve had a few tears too… who could blame me?

Then came Mason’s speech… absolutely hilarious! He had the room in stitches, effortlessly balancing humour with meaningful moments. Mason’s ability to keep everyone laughing while also expressing heartfelt gratitude to their families and friends was a highlight of the day. His fun, easy-going personality shone through, adding so much to the incredible energy of the celebration. From cheeky jokes to some genuine moments of appreciation, it was clear that everyone in the room felt a deep connection to the couple.
